[News]Youth Are Encouraged To Show Interest In Politics

Nigeria Youths are advised to stop showing insensibility toward politics and take positive action in the constructing of a new political movement for the development of the country.

Mr Dayo Malomo, The Oyo state coordinator of a political movement said it was high time youths start to show strong interest and readiness to take the rein of power from the old establishment and build a new strong and solid political system.

A spokesman for the youths in the area, Alhaji Isiaq Kolajo from Isalu district of Iseyin Local Government Area, in a remark, said if youths must take over the affairs of the country, “it is a collective responsibility of every one of us, regardless of our political affiliation.

Let me encourage every youths to get a permanent voter cards and mobilise others to get theirs. Youths should eliminate themselves from political Hooliganism and come up with great ideas that can provide us witha good government.

Politics, they say, is a dirty game but I believe that ideas rule the world. I want to advise every one of us to join a political party and have a better understanding of the game,” Alhaji Kolajo said.
